High season (April - September)  $225/night (4 night minimum)

216 3rd st Cottage Rates

Low season (October-March) $150 night (4 night minimum)

High Season (April- September) $200 night (4 night minimum)

For Both Cottages
$250/Reservation Fee (Applies to Rent)

$250/Refundable Security Deposit within 10 days of check out if no damage beyond normal wear and tear. 

$75/Cleaning Fee

Note: Receipt of $250/Reservation Fee and $250/Security Deposit
($500 Total) will be required to reserve requested dates as well as
signed standard Vacation Rental Agreement.
